I'm an avid learner and explorer in all things I do. After college, I dedicated time to those passions in a self-guided tour around the world. I cooked at a hotel in Yosemite, I cared for children as an au pair in Amsterdam, and I immersed myself in volunteerism at the US-Mexico border. These experiences gave me the perspective to make my writing more accessible and gripping.
When I say I've worked with a wide variety of people, I mean it. I taught a 5-year-old how to communicate his emotions. I served breakfast to hundreds of people with whom I didn't share a language. I adapted to rural Californians and city Dutchies. Point being, I can communicate with anyone and adapt to any cultural environment.
In my personal writing, I want to make nonfiction stories fun and beautiful to read. In my work, I want to make all the writing and marketing concepts I touch more accessible.
